Is It Time-Consuming To Do Exercises: Would You Agree?

It has been a common issue that some people wanted to lose weight. There is a point that some people seek so many alternatives to cut down the figures. A friend is arguing with me that exercises are time-consuming and claimed that dieting is the best way to lose weight. If we get back to the basic ways, well-balanced diet and exercise are a perfect combination. I cannot argue with a person who refused an advice. It really makes me feel so irritated with this friend of mine. She is really full of herself. Why do some people ask if they don’t listen? I might as well tell her to watch a show called The Biggest Loser”.

In fact paying attention to the diet and doing more exercises are both important to lsoe weights. If you follow these, you may lose weights efficiently. It is strange that you just have to depend on one way only. I just don't agree to lose weights by taking the pills. Other healthy ways are all helpful.

oh yes, it is very time consuming to exercise. I could not agree more, I am also struggling on that part. But I know that it is essential in life to have exercise. The diet pills may or may not help her but it is still best to get some exercise. You are right in fact that the combination of two will be the most beneficial.

Hahahaha, better tell her to join the BL. Yes true to exercise costs some minutes.I spend 30 minutes jogging in the lawn at home.It is so relaxing and rewarding.There is no fear of eating what I like for I exercise daily jogging or dancing. If it rains , I just dance in the sala.I maintain my weight 110 lbs.

Do the right exercises, watch your mind, eat right ,have a peace of mind. End result is weight loss
