Happiness in JOB

What are the reasons of not being HAPPY in a JOB & what are the ways to overcome those reasons and continue in that job. Is it really needed that one has to be happy in his or her job? Or it just a part of life to help in earning money.

There are many factors why a person is unhappy in a job. It can be because of his salary, people in the company, or the system in the company. Another reason that a person will be unhappy in his job is perhaps he cannot feel any professional growth or he already finds his job boring. For me, if a person is happy with his job then he will no longer think that he is working. It is really of vital importance that a person loves what he is doing. Because if he does, then he can feel better about himself and the company too.

Basically, the salary is too low. It demotivates the employees to work hard. Most of the time, the next option is to find a better job.
