I like to add overtime when only I have to complete a work, I cannot get good sleep with incomplete stuff at office. I make sure that whatever is assigned for the day should be cleared off.

oh! There are works that really can't be done in a day and doesn't have deadline. These works that continually you/we do everyday. But its good to know that there are people who can't sleep when they have an incomplete stuff. I can still sleep peacefully with some of my not so urgent pending works.

I am no longer working in an office now. But during that time my time is flexible, but it usually goes beyond 5 p.m. or no noon breaks; work even on Saturdays and Monday was my day-off.

Yeah, sometimes, I feel that too. If its necessary to work overtime, I'll do. If not, I'll go home after office hours.

Well, I hope our government would do that but surely a lot of people would do overtime. It depends which company.

I used to work a lot of overtime and would now if I had a job that offered it.
It doesn't add to your tax as a percentage of earnings so although you pay more you also earn more.

I do not stay in the Firm beyond 8 hours. The only instance I work beyond the normal working hours is during tax season.

I don't like work overtime.But I would go to work early if I have not finished my work the day before.
