Have no time to breathe!

I work all day in my company ,and working overtime almost everyday without pay.I don't know how long this will last, sometimes feeling a little jaded, hope this situation passed quickly so I could have a relaxing holiday.

I would say if you are not able to get time at all at least take out 5 minutes and do deep breathing. It will genuinely help you feel lighter.Take care buddy.

I think you need to talk to your human resource staff. Overtime without pay is not good in the company.

Yes,yes, you are right, but the economy isn't so good right now and lack of jobs,so,not having much negotiating leverage with the company.
