I think if a woman is in love with a man and she is ready to ask him, then she has every right to go ahead and do so.

My mom always told me it was ok to ask the man on leep year. some old wise tail thing I guess. I asked my husband on leep year.. He laughed at me. then about a week later he got down on his knees and asked me.. Said it was more proper for the man to do... old fashioned I guess. He had wanted to ak me, but he was afraid I would have turned him down.

it's like thinking outside the box, although some will have negative comments on it, for me it sounds sweet and fun, something unpredictable and new.

I think that is is awesome idea most men are afraid to propse to a women and bothering them to ask u will not help if u love the male and he's really ur special someone i say put on hes pants and do it lol..Save him the struggles of looking or waiting for the perfect moment or thinking u will say no show him it's a big YES

i think it is also okay if a woman proposed to her man but i think mostly mans do it to, is because (not to be mean of some sort) the womens are too shy and feel more scared if they do. i would (if i ever had a girlfriend) wanna proposed to her before she does to me.

It should be encouraged. Many men like a woman who has something to say.
