Time to resign

July 5, 2016 1:58am CST
After working hard, when the company does not pay good, we can only feel bad and nothing else. When the boss wants to get the work done, we do it with willing efforts to complete within the time frame but when their turns comes to give back, they just move out of the situation saying that HR has decided this amount. The better we switch, the best it is for us.

If you are not happy then you sure can resign but it will be better if you first get another job,.

I can understand what you are going through. I have experienced the same in recent past!!! But as you go up in positions, its difficult to get a replacement!

Your ability should go ahead of your salary. I used to work in a private company and uaually work overtime without payment...keep a positive attitude, your effort will pay off finally
