I cannot really explain how many times I have had to change careers. Its like I can't stay in one career for such a long time. I get bored easily if routine becomes routine. Sometimes I feel there's so much more I can juggle up than staying in one career for so long. I don't know about you, but I think there so many people like me out there. What is the worst case scenario of us? Kindly advise

I am also on the same track. But it takes years before I finally decided to resign from my previous jobs. It bores me when I see some of my workmates incompetent at work. If I cannot learn from them, I will feel bored and resigned for good.

Similar insights on that one @shavkat. You know when you feel you are the only competent person; everyone else turns to you for decisions, I am the kind who loves challenges and growing daily but that I find myself being incompetent as well. But sooner or later I know it will take shape.

@jollykizza I cannot stay in a workplace with full of incompetent people. It will not work for me.

@Shavkat The day you realise that you are the only person who is accountable to everything, you even stop growing. You exhaust every idea. Things then start to become routine, eventually you start feeling bored. When I get to this stage, my brain starts looking for the next exit possible.

You are so right about that. I have taken some tests to find out where my interests lie.

@skysnap, I agree with you on that. Much as many people say that money is not everything; it hold some truth because money is a motivation but on the other note happiness comes in handy.

@ Shubhu, When you talk about hobbies, I used to play the piano every evening before i slept. It had become my best friend but when I left that place, I feel as if something is not right with this new place. I guess I'll find another hobby. Thank you.
