Can you be a vegetarian? I think most of my friends and relative cannot be a vegetarian. Most of them think that vegetarian are not healthy. Hence, they hate vegetarian. What do you think?
And some of them cannot have a meal without meat. They will complain if there are no meat. They need some chicken, pork or fish in they meal.
I also found that some of the people here think that only meat can make them healthy.
I just saw that there is a title of an article saying that vegetarian food are unhealthy and it makes people getting cancer. I found that it is talking about the preserve vegetarian food. It said that if we keep eating preserve vegetarian food, we will be easy to get cancer. Yes. I think this is true. And I think that vegetarian should not eat preserve vegetarian food.
What do you think?

I am not a vegetarian although I like eating vegetables. But at the same time I also enjoy eating beef and seafood. I can't be a total vegetarian because the meats are also attractive food for me. I think that the balanced diet will be the healthiest. Namely more vegetables and less meats.

I do not like to be vegetarian too.
it will be a very drastic change for the body to get used to it.
Our body is getting very used to the taking of irons and minerals from meats.
I think forcing it to get from vegetables is tough.
We may end up suffering for a few weeks.
