When the Beef Plant closed here there were a number of workers who lost their livihood but now are glad to hear that this plant that is under construction should be open by Sept.
This Prime Pork plan will succeed in the marketplace because it will do things differently in terms of genetics, animal health care, feed and other components of the business.
The public is paying closer attention to food and this new company wants to respond to those changing preferences when it sells the pork.
No, they will not be competing with WalMart, JBS or Tyson.
This pork will mainly be sold to restaurants and upscale groceries, potentially at stores like Lunds & Byerlys and Kowalski’s that already have established their own reputations for quality.

It is always good when you have a company that is listening to people and how they want healthy food.

I like kosher, esp with meat, because of the requirements for how things be slaughtered, swiftly and with mercy

It's good they are paying attention to consumer needs in processing their meat.

That is good because there will be livelihood again for those who lost their job .
I suppose those that are sold at Walmart and other supermarkets are prime porks also . You see some porks sold at supermarket have a medicine taste unlike those sold at wet markets only.
How are you now , my friend . I hope you are not in pain because of your illness .
I am always praying for you , like my other friends also who have illnesses . It's the least i can do for all of you .

I guess I never thought of meat as being processed, we don't have any near where I live so I have lived in blissful ignorance about how we get our meat. If I think about it I am afraid I would become a vegetarian.

I do like a center cut pork chop but you don't find them around much. I hate the ones that are so thick.
