Do you like sausage or longanisa for breakfast? That's what I cooked this morning. Yesterday, I made my skinless longanisa. It's my first time to make so I only made use of 1/4 kg of ground pork so that it won't go to waste in case it doesn't taste good. Last night, we had power interruption so I had to fry what I made and put back inside the fridge. This morning, I reheated it and cooked rice and fried some eggs. And the outcome..... It was delicious. MMMMMMM!!! And it is clean and with no preservatives. It is a little sweet and garlicky. It's yummy! Hihihi! I am planning to make some more next time.

That's my mom's specialty. She made chorizo and sell it in the market.

Your skinless longganisa made me crave for one now . Tomorrow , i shall fry some also for breakfast . I usually just eat bread and coffee for the past days , because i am trying to lose weight on my tummy part . But your post will make me eat a filling breakfast tomorrow .

Wow! I love this, I like the " Lucban style" spicy garlicky flavor over the sweet " Pampanga" style although I like both. Yes with fried rice, eggs and hot coffee for breakfast, the best!

I own a slaughter house that kills crocodiles and ostriches. I just tried making sausages from those creatures. I am considering sending video of me eating them to the official social network account of Peta.

@brokenbee I have seen how they prepare it locally, it's very clean, but there is a lot of fat mixed to the meat.

Yes, that is a lot better. You can also make sure that it is clean. I had seen before how they prepare the sausage at the public market and that made me not buy anymore.
