Getting paid to exercise

I needed to get out there and exercise, I haven't done this in a long time and blame it on lack of motivation. Recently, I had a friend who gave up his job as a catalog distributor in my area. I missed those catalogs as they give me information as to what's on sale in the good shops. I came across my friend ( he became a friend as I often chat with him when he delivers those catalogs to my flat) and he said that he doesn't do it anymore. I asked him if I can do it. He said, I could and he'd recommend me to his boss. I was accepted and I actually started last weekend. The task can be daunting, covering so many houses around my neighborhood, but it's good, I got to get out there in the sun and get walking at least 10,000 steps. I am glad that I am doing this as I don't need to pay a subscription to the gym and I am motivated for the goal that I have to attain. Do you pay to exercise?

That's a win-win deal for you. Cheers to losing those unwanted fats in no time. Or are there any at all?

I used to take Karate lessons, so I think that counts, but in general...no;). I kind of understand why people do though...it lets them get exposed to people and not do it alone, which can help motivate them, and they get access to equipment which they might not otherwise have, for some people I think it's kind of a social thing.

It's your choice. You can pay for gym,or you can go out,and run-it's free and healthy.

That is great you have a job where you can exercise at the same time as you go along doing your work. I exercise a little, I need to do more.

No I don't belong to a gym. I get my exercise from gardening and walking, but catalogue delivering is an excellent way to get yours.

No, I don't go to the gym for workouts/exercises. I only do lots of walking before & after work.

That's great that you have a job that incorporates exercise as its main function. I generally sit at my desk most of the day and don't have time for the gym because I rush home to my wife and 2 kids. My exercise is limited to our nightly walks which i really treasure
