Loosing weight can be a very difficult challenge if you have PCOS.
These are some useful tips:
Medication
1. Start medication to keep insulin and blood sugar levels in check
Diet
2. Eat high fiber, low sugar food
3. 4-6 small meals in a day better than 3-4 large meals
4. No processed/fatty foods
Exercise
5. Exercise for 30 min per day
Check
6. Test your cholesterol / BP levels
