A short, but exciting first day back on myLot!

Whut? Yates is back?

I joined the site almost one year ago and I love it. I know that I spend too many hours on the site, from 2 to 4 hours every day.

Welcome back to MyLot. I'm sure that you'll find it just as lively and as friendly a community as it was before. The story is that the original founders of MyLot bought back the site in July 2015 and restarted the earnings program. We now have a very different earnings algorithm which encourages 'quality' by basing earnings on how much other people interact with your posts. That means that it is possible to spend very little time here and still earn a reasonable amount (you only need to average 16 cents a day now to qualify for the $5 minimum monthly payout) or, on the other hand, you could spend all day here posting discussions, responses and comments and earn very little. Take time to familiarise yourself with the Community Guidelines (which are now much less 'wordy' than they were) and also read the Earnings Program FAQs, which tell you how things work. You can find them both under "Help" in the menu under your username/avatar.

Hello and welcome..I have not been able to spend much time on here as I like recently. Busy here looking after sick Mom.

I come to Mylot between other activities, so I don't really count my time here. Just here to relax.
