plant seeds that I bought is expired, can it grow?

2 mounths ago I bought the seeds of plants and I would plant it but because I'm busy, I'm forget to plant it and I see it has expired but I'm still trying to plant. but untill a week that seeds was still not growing well. whether the seeds really can't grow?

Seeds can certainly still be viable after their 'sow by dates provided they have not been stored in damp conditions, extreme temperatures, etc. Have you been watering them too much? If so, some seeds will rot and not germinate. But some plants just take a bit longer to appear than expected so don't give up hope just yet.

I don't think they'll grow if the seeds have expired. But you never know! Good luck.

Do not try, normally it will not, but fresh one

Maybe its not the right season, sometimes even the type of soil affects growth...(we have some plants that only grow properly in slightly acidic soil) Maybe try giving it a little more time, if you still have no good results, buy some new ones!
