Becoming better, in many areas of our lives will enhance our chances of success. In my personal life, I think that the early trials, hardships, and experiences I had to face when I was young contributed much to who I am and what I am today. Those personal experiences, the observations I had from the lives of others, the teachings in my church from the Bible, and the advice from my coaches have tremendously shaped my character. I can still become better. How about you?

We can mold ourselves to be a better person through the years of existence. It is nice that you are also from the City of Pines.

Mainly, the environment that we are brought up in...it plays a huge roll in creating the basic fundamental values that we poses now...we can always enhance it through spiritual learnings as you had mentioned and reading some good books can really change who we are

Happiness, Managing anger, tackling loss, managing mindset in the lack of money days etc. That's how it works for most of us.

I don't know if I can be a good person the way I am if mom didn't raise me. Anyways, I still need to improve myself even to this day.

Dedication, kindness, honesty, willingness & constant conscious efforts to rectify ourselves in terms of our thoughts, words & action instead of complaining about others can make us a better person to a great extent.
