Both are good. Brisk walk is really good for health. Running is also good for health, but its good for young people only whereas walking is for all age groups. Anybody can go for a walk, preferably brisk walk, really good for health as well as maintaning weight or losing weight.

I think both are good for you.
you burn more calories running I think. but walking is good. a good way to stay in shape.

Both are good, I like to walk. everynow and then I jog. what do you do? I think when it gets warmer I will start walking more.

well both are good it just depends upon the situation , walking is good for heath anyways , but if a slightly more vigorous training is required then you can go for running , it pumps up the muscles more and also age is no bar until you are fit and fine .but i will suggest walking on a normal routine .

i prefer walking, it is less tiring : I can walk a long time but I do running once a week at the gym or oiutside to keep me healthy : I think it is good for you healt and your condition
