Saturday night, alone in an unknown city, what would you do?

I love this situation.I will walk around the strange city and explore it , taking some pictures .

@ourlot,I have had this experience a few years back.I had been to a city which was unknown to me.It took me two or three days to get familiar with the city.Thereafter I gradually created many friends there.

I have been in this situation before. I would have probably gone out for dinner somewhere; a moment with myself.

I will definitely explore the city.

If I'm staying in a hotel, I usually ask the person working at the desk for ideas on where to go, and the easiest way to get there and back. Hopefully cab fare isn't too expensive. In D.C., I was able to take the subway which is even cheaper than a cab. In Puerto Rico, since my supervisor had the rented car, I just hung with her.

Take a Tourist bus and make a big round of the entire city on Sunday. If it is ready for Saturday night then you can prefer it readily without any further thought. It will save your time and will have the chance of staying in a new place in a new city.

Walk around til i find a good place to sit and watch the city.

I'd stay in a hotel. Maybe I would just walk around the city the next morning. And of course, if internet is available, I'd try to search for someone who can help me exploring the city.

There's Internet right? If yes then I'd just find an online forum for solo travelers or something like that and maybe get together with them and explore the city.

Work on my remote projects, buy something to eat outside and sleep.

Book a cab ?? and go to city ride
