Very Rude Bystander

This morning, I stopped at a store to buy load, then a man at an approximate age of 21 was approaching. I saw cigar in his hand. Then he reached where I stood. I was in a hurry for school, plus too heavy traffic in the morning.
While I handed on the money for load, that bystander blew his smoke on my face.Maybe he is thinking that because I wear a face mask he is free to blow his smoke onto my face.He stood very closer to me. I was also afraid that he might snatch my wallet.
Then in his third blow I shouted at him saying " Why do you blow your smoke on my face ha?" He saw my sharp eyes looking at him direct to his eyes wishing he would melt or turn into ashes 
, but I do not have power 
. How I wished to kick him hard. From his bearing it could be assessed that he lacks education.But there are people who lack education, but with good manners.
I assume that bystander with no right conduct is a drug addict.There is no normal person who would just blow cigar smoke onto face of someone. Until this moment, I am upset.

what a wicked pic, no doubt photo-shopped?? i'd sure dislike thinkin' a snake with that many heads 'twas'n the loose, lol.
i'm saddened to hear that someone 'twas rude 'nough to do such, hon. some folks jest don't think?? i'm a smoker, but always keep such to myself, e'en here 't the house if'n somebody 'new' comes 'round i ask if'n me smokin' 'll bother 'em. if'n 't does, i'll go outside...'n contaminate my great outdoors.

You are educated my dear, others behaved like barbaric, and there are so many having barbaric and insane this time. I cannot even find answer to my question.That snake is not photo-shopped. This place is known to have many kinds of snake.

Yes I get people smoking in my face as well. Smokers should have more respect to the public who don't smoke. Smokers should go into a area where they don't smoke in people's faces.

@cacay1 I was so surprised i did not know what to say.First,he was older than I.Second,I saw him from afar that he was coughing. When he turned around,he spat at me and it has mucus ewwww!. I think he did not know that there was someone behind him. All I wanted to do was to run home and wash off the phlegm from my arm.

@acelawrites , That is right friend, I was so upset that time.Just imagine the plentiful smoke that spreads on my face. That guy was so ugly, so sometimes face of a person resembles his/her attitude.

Most people are just insensitive, with out even knowing it. maybe you should have called the cops and have this person check. But it is true that uneducated can be rude, if he was educated person, he wouldn't be near you at all while smoking.
