The review I read on them said it is a scam and they ask $40- $60 from people up front and never deliver any services. If someone wants to hire you they are not going to ask you to pay them. They should pay you if they are giving you a job. Please be careful about those kinds of sites.

I agree with what others have said. This review (from 16 Aug 2016) should be warning enough. There are too many companies like this, unfortunately, which want an up-front fee which they claim will be returned once you start working for them. What usually happens is that they start off by sending you some 'work' but it mysteriously slows down as soon as you approach 'payout' and, in fact, you will never be paid (and, of course, they keep the up-front fee). You will sometimes find reviews which include payment proof because they will usually allow one or two people to reach payout in order to get the 'glowing' reviews.
