For me, it has been about portion control. I have lost weight watching the portions I eat. If the box of rice says the portion size is 1/2 cup then that is what I eat. I count calories to keep it all together. I do try and eat as healthy as I can but since I am watching portion sizes, I do allow myself a treat every now and then.

@ancyrajan90 I don't really have a diet chart. I try and stay within about 1500 calories a day. I use the program at myfitnesspal.com to keep track of my calories online. On the back of food, there is a serving size as well as calories. I try to keep within the serving size. This way I can also have treats every now and then, I just have to keep track of the calories.
