For those who do not know what Isaw is,it is marinated and grilled chicken intestines. One of the famous streetfood in my country.Do you have this kind if food in your country?
It has been three months since I last ate Isaw. This late afternoon,i ran errand for my mom. While on the way to the drugstore, I saw a kiosk that sells grilled Isaw.Since,I got stranded from the traffic,I decided to get off from the jeepney and bought Isaw.Hehehe.Since it would take 15 to 20 minutes to get the Isaw and pork chitterlings well done, I paid the vendor and told her that I would come back after 20 minutes.
Do you have a favorite streetfood?

Long ago, I could not dare eat it because I was imagining "earthworms!" But today, when I see it is clean and properly cooked, I tried it; though I am wary because of the threat of contacting hepatitis from eating it.

Yikes hepatitis! I should think twice before eating them although we only buy from our suki.
