Women today are seen in all activities of economy viz., science, technology, sports, army, politics besides their expertise in household chores. They handle most of the jobs much more sincerity and care than menfolks.

No. Both people work so both people should pitch in and maintain the household. If it is possible one person should stay home when they start having kids. Mom or Dad should try to stay home if they can support the family comfortably on one job.

Wow, I didnt think anyone would say that these days. I think men and women are both equal in any jobs. There are certain jobs that women cant do better job yet, We all should have the same opportunity.

No. Both people work these days and both people should share household duties. I dont think families can survive on single incomes anymore. If you expect your wife to stay at home and cook and clean, can she expect you to bring home the double income? Anyway its not just about income its about respect for other people, so if your wife is happy to stay at home and do these things great but if not you need to respect that. Both people should then cook and clean if both are working.

Well...in today's world..you almost have to have a double income to even make it..but it would be nice just to stay home all day..lol I WISH!!

This is the year 2006 bud...equality of the sexes are here to stay. Even if I didn't have to work..I wouldn't want to be typed cast into some archaic role.

well...it does sound quite sweet...that a woman just stays n serves her family well.....coz thats just the beauty of the whole marriage right...u see women's r like white pearls n have to be protected.....from the dust and dirt of the outer world...

i think men and women should be equal and the house work as well as the job should go hand in hand.
