If the rest room is a one-seater and the door has a lock, I suppose it would be OK. I don't use public restrooms.

Talking about the ones when there is more than one toliets and more than one person can go in at the same time.

@paigea Talking about women and men using the same restrooms at the same time. Don't need to be single restrooms because people might take long and have peopl waiting in line.

Innocent people could feel unease unless a guard would be outside the door, and that would be unlikely. I know I would not go into a restroom that allowed this to happen. Mothers that would be changing their babies diaper might feel unease even more in my opinion.
