Does anyone here know of this site the writers network?

Hello fellow mylotters! hope everything is good in your corners of the world. I would like to ask anyone of you who maybe familiar or aware of this site the writers network, as I have tried submitting my poetry and I received a reply from them saying that my poem have been selected for publishing but then i have to order my own copy of the book to be published for $19 a piece. Just want to know if this is a legitimate site or just something that just scams people and lure those aspiring writers for the promise of publication. Hope somebody can give me a better idea about this. Thanks in advance and happy mylotting.
