How do you think countryside life is different from city life?

I think there are so many differences between a person living in the city or countryside. Personally speaking, I like the ambiance in the countryside. But I cannot see myself living outside the city for long. Traveling is the only thing that I can foresee in staying for a period in the countryside. I like the simple lifestyle and the best choice to escape from busy city life. Image Credit: pixabay.com

I live in a small village, not in the center of the village, so I am close to the shops and everything I need, but I am in the middle of the nature. This is what I like most.

The way you had described your place. I feel like visiting your place. I hope we can still claim the land grabbed from us in the countryside.

@Shavkat There are some areas here that now are protected, you cannot build, they must stay as they are to protect the nature. I appreciate this attitude of the government.

@LadyDuck I think it is justifiable with the government's plan.

A small town with all necessary facilities and open landscape nearby is the best choice.

I have never lived in a city, I have only lived in the country so I can't really say. But when I travel I enjoy the culture that cities have.

Countryside life is so peaceful, so quiet and very relax.. Simple way of living, and people are friendly.. Fresh air, fresh vegetables, fresh fish.... I love the countryside but I have my job here in the city so I just go there to visit our own house and relax for sometime.

City life is best as it is very convenient. You will get best experience of standard life in city. I will prefer city life. Occasionally visit to country side for refreshments.

I agree to your thoughts, although countryside looks attractive ,and we may enjoy it for few days, but after few days you will like coming back to your city. City like Pune is so amazing that one will never feel like leaving it.

i look forward to enjoying the fresh air and clean water in the countryside.you can have a good breath. you can grow some fruit and vegetables. almost the everything is natural in the countryside. perhaps that is a good choice when we are old.

City life a very stressfull rat race. Country life, a relaxing slow life, Unless you have malicious bible thumping hillbillies as neighbors.

I found countryside living to be more dependent on the community around the area than living in the city. If a person travels back and forth then that is different.

There is really a big difference if living in the city and countryside. I had noticed this when I was working in the government agency. I spend a lot of time in the countryside.

@Shavkat government agency? I lived in an isolated area where only the wild rabbits, deer and lone wolf would come around. So going to meet people was a need. Not like the city where people are all around.

people are less judgmental at the country side. they focus on quality of life. ciity people are very judgmental and paranoid for small things. P: S i live in city now a days ;p

Our home that was bulldozed because it was made a shabu lab was located in the countryside. We live there when we were in elementary. We had a 10 hectares coco farm there. Then we sold our property and left the lonely place.

I adore the countryside but I wouldn't want to live anywhere that was too remote. I would need a train station within walking distance. I'm lucky where I live now because we are on the edge of beautiful countryside but we also have decent public transport routes to get to the city.

life in the city and country side is very different both positively and negatively.on the positive side is,you get to do every thing in the country side way and everything is natural,i e anything you consume is very natural even the air you breathe, but when you get seriously ill,you can quickly die because oflack of good equipement.but in the city is not the case though every thing in the city is the oposite of the country side, even the air you breathe is polluted by too much industrialisation.hihih cheers!

There are advantages and disadvantages living in both city and countryside.
