If you're planning to start with wordpress then do not start with the free version. If you want to grow then buy a domain name :)

@raki369 I don't know as I haven't tried it. But I've heard good reviews of blogger.

Blogger/Blogspot is designed for blogging, that is, regular posts or articles about a particular subject. You would probably find it difficult or inconvenient to use successfully if you want to list available jobs in a table or tables which display on a specific, linked page or something similar. Wordpress would be somewhat more flexible but it would be best to use the paid version rather than the free one and to buy a domain name and pay for hosting.

word press is much better for the fact that it is easy to setup. But the thing is, you must go for wordpress.org(selfhosted and paid) and not for wordpress.com (free)...They charge a nominal fee of 3$-4$ per month but in return they give you customized themes and also you will have greater control over your blog. try it out and all the best
