Engaged and getting married!!!

What is it like when you are getting married in few months to someone you have loved like ever since you remember?
I am engaged just last month and will be marrying him in few months. Just can't forget the moments when we thought we couldn't make it here. Both of us loved our parents and didn't want to come together without their happiness. So it took time and now when its finally happening the feeling is beyond words.
Can't keep calm..am getting married.. :-)

Congratulations! My cousin had a similar situation but the parents on both sides were old and needed caring for. When they finally married it was really happy for all!

@petatonicsca Thank you Denise. In our case we kept leaving hints for our parents while we were busy at our studies and jobs. It was a long distance for us and when we finally took to tell them face to face , we realised we were stupid to have so many apprehensions. They didn't agree instantly to us but atleast all four of our parents were ready to meet and discuss. That was all it was needed and when they met they were happy to have us together ..

@rina110383 thank you .. It feels great to be engaged . almost all of the time goes in planning the future and probably day dreaming. I have to kick myself to remind that there are other important works to do.
