What shall one person do when they have stupid managers or bosses to report. Like one cannot even copy common sense and hence it would be like explaining what ever you do again and again as your boss is dumb!! I have a manager who is always confused and never understand what the client is saying in one go. She needs to be explained every single factor of discussion at least thrice. Initially i used to accompany her during the client meetings and the clients after 2-3 attempts of explaining her would convert the conversation towards me and I used to get all the information which I was required to download to her brain... er.. Now she does not take me with her, reason is pretty obvious. Even after this clients want to give me the information. My manger now wants me to leave the job, giving me hopeless excuses of discipline. She cant prove even one of her claim but being the manager she has the right to do so. I will be more happy doing my own thing, instead of working for dumbos who get insecure for no reason. dreamer_anju.
