I didn't do exercises for nearly 2 months and feel bad now

I usually go for jogging after work when I didn't move to the present house. But after moving house, it's a little inconvenient for me to run. The park is a little far away from my apartment. I have headache and feel not comfortable these days. It's really boring.

You should at least go for a walk every day to give you some exercise.

Right, daily exercise, even if it takes only a couple of minutes would do great for our health.

It would indeed be not motivating when the place where you should be jogging or exercising is far from where you live .

You can try some exercises at home. If you have the chance, you can try to jog in the neighborhood.

Don't feel bad ,Try to continue doing exercises even there is unfavorable condition because our health is primary factor of our life,I want to tell you one experience that i had seen that will definitely motivate you i guess. There is a old lady near to my house and she always go for jogging after his work ,The main point is that she never misses even a single day even if there is wind, rain, thunderstorm etc..she is very dedicated person that's why she looks so healthier.

Is there any chance of joining a gym? Running indoors is not my cup of tea but at least its exercise. Best of luck

How about just walking or get yourself an exercise bike.

I know how you feel. I didn't workout any last week and so far none this week either and I feel bad about it. I do plan on going tonight though.

Feel the same but that's how life is.... Boring on the outside and enthusiastically crispy from inside.... It's jus push for a bite everyday into it and you might again create a spark of interest.... Keep shinning and wishing you happiness:)
