25 minutes early

So my mental alarm clock has been waking me up about 25 minutes earlier than my phone alarm. I am not sure why my body is doing this as I am still tired and usually roll back over and go back to sleep for a few minutes. The downfall is that my brain knows that the real alarm is going to go off any minute. So it lingers at the twilight of sleep and awake. So awake won and that is why I am posting here right now. Good morning MyLot. Does you sleep schedule get messed up from time to time by you mental alarm clock?

I am always up before my alarm so I get up and shut my alarm clock off and start my day. I don't bother going back to sleep because I know I won't want to get up when the alarm goes off. I am usually up 15-30 mins before my alarm is set to go off. Have a great day!
