bryan21764 @enlightenedpsych2 from what I have read they typically move while you are sleeping as they will hide in crack or fold in bedding when they sense movement.

bryan21764 @enlightenedpsych2 the sheet is for my own mental sake. The fact that I keep everything on table helps prevent spread. As they can not get into my bags.

bryan21764 I always leave suitcase on coffee table and live out of it. I sometimes will even take sheet out of drawer and put on top of main bedding. This way I do not have to worry about bed bugs getting into my stuff and coming home with me.

I feel mentally lost today. I mean I am very skatter brained today. My brain has been waking me up about an hour before my alarm is supposed to go off for the last few days. It is messing with me and my repetition.

bryan21764 I took 2 Neovitin vitiams and seem to be better. I think it is the sleep or lake there of that is getting to me. The waking up 1 hour before alarm and knowing if I go back to sleep the alarm is just going to wake me in a bit is mental terrorism.
