I thought I will never eat chicken feet. I thought it was gross . I thought they were unhealthy.
But I was wrong. I learned from a doctor of alternative medicine that eating chicken feet is actually healthy as they are loaded with calcium, collagen, cartilage and protein that will keep our bones and joints strong. To those with arthritis, eating chicken feet will help minimize arthritic and joint pain too.
So today for the first time ever, I cooked chicken feet (adobo style) and got guts to eat them too. And how’s the taste? Oh I was surprised! I never thought chicken feet taste this good!

The market vendors did all the cleaning of course. Yes, that is induction stove. I have been using induction stove. I don't enjoy cooking with traditional stoves anymore. I actually have set aside my gas range because Induction stove cooks quickly and not messy.

@hereandthere Oh yes, he actually likes chicken feet ever since and would order from Chinese restaurants most of the time but this is his first to eat my own cooking.
Induction cooker is electric but economical.

Our older generation my grandmothers and grandfathers when they were alive did not eat them, my mother told me that they just threw the feet away so she does not eat when my wife cooks
I only learned to eat "adidas" ( you guessed right named after the shoe) after i graduated college because there was a street food stand in the park in front of our house, I love it and all my children like it too, very delicious

Yes, I do! I used to cook chicken feet ( adobo style ,too) but now I don't have time to cook. I have been craving for bbqued chicken feet but I have to abstain from eating grilled and bbque dishes.

I do eat chicken feet. But I love to eat more of the legs. I love chicken actually. It is more delicious than turkey. By the way, thanks of letting us know about this fact.
