Honestly, how much can your body change in one month of dieting + exercise?

Thanksgiving is about 4 weeks from today, and I will like to change physically until then. If I start dieting and doing some exercise daily, how much would I be able to change my body?

My advice is not to eat bread and sugar, do not eat to satiety. You will see results very quickly. Good Luck!

You will see noticeable change if you keep it up for one month.

You can slow some weight but I am not sure how much you will actually see physically. Might as well just do it and see what happens.

diet is nothing but nutrition required for a body, as much you eat with proper nutritional value, Your body will consume it and use it for your daily work and exercise, if you eat more with high carbohydrate and protein content, the part of energy consume from that nutrition is only you used for exercise other part is stored. the stored part of nutrition means build of a body
