~They Had Fun!~

My kids

The kids had a good time trick or treating. Our friend went with us and unfortunately she got drunk before we went out. Thank God she wasn't driving-her boyfriend was driving his car and we took her car. She started not feeling well so we had to go home early. I felt bad for our kids and her kids. Next year we will go with just our family. We will be better off. I hope everyone had a good day and evening! =)

We gave out candy at our house, there didn't seem to be very many children this year. Your kids are adorable.

It is really too bad when grown up behavior or misbehavior ruins the fun for the kids.

@Gardengerty I completely agree. I felt so bad for all of the kids. They would have had more fun without her there.

Drunks not good. Hard to navigate the sidewalks and steps. Yes, better off on this night with only sober folk. We had a good evening. I am sugared out.

Gosh, I cannot understand women who cannot stop drinking before they get drunk, it's something horrible to see. Love the photo of your kids.

@LovingMyBabies Me too, I have never been drunk and I am sure that you cannot have fun if you are drunk, because you feel too sick.

Oh, my, what a bad example for the children. I think Halloween is an especially bad time to get plastered. It just isn't safe. Next year will be better.

@jstory07 He had an elephant costume but it was too hot for it so I just put a Halloween outfit on him instead. It says My First Boo on it. =)

The kids look so adorable in their costumes! How awful that your friend actually got drunk and went with you and your kids. You'd be much better off without her next year!

That was a terrible idea for her go get drunk before going trick or treating. I would have been quiet upset and want to go alone next year as well! We went with my daughters friend and her mother.

The kids look great in their costumes! Isn't it a shame when parents have to behave that way, thankfully nobody is the worse for wear, until she wakes up in the morning with a splitting headache.
