real awkwardness with my crush

I was in an educational workshop . My crush was also there. He wandered around me like 10 times .maybe he was expecting a HI from me . But I ignored him . At the end when I was leaving , that was the most worst ignore I can ever make.. Can anyone tell me what might be going on in his mind

@nidhiS1997 Ok then maybe he thinks the same thing so he is thinking you don't like him if you don't greet him when he wandered around you 10 times. He may not have greeted you but he made it obvious he wanted you to talk to him. I think if I was him I would have reacted the same way. You did say that he was shy.

you might want to be careful with all the ignoring...he might just think you are not interested. 
If you don't want to say anything you could at least look up, smile and nod in acknowledgment. ...like a non-verbal "Hi."....might encourage him to speak...and it will make you look more approachable and friendly.
