Do you do your laundry at home or at a laundromat?

OK, but is it just one set or are enough for the tenants to share?
Thanks for responding!

I bet you are excited. I did the laundrymat thing for quite a while. I am very happy to be in my own home now, where I have the freedom to use my own washer and dryer when I want to. It is a real convenience that many people take for granted. I know where you are at, and let me tell you once you get a washer and dryer, you will be so happy.

Yes, we were soooo excited when our washer and dryer arrived. No more loading huge laundry bags in the back of the car. No more quarters......We are hoping to upgrade before the end of the year.

Yep, no one can use it but you. Also, you don't have to wait your turn all the time just to use a dryer.

I feel you. I have an 8 month old and he makes 3 times as much laundry as I do.

That's good. Have you ever had a washer and dryer at your home? Or is the laundromat most convienent?
Thanks for responding!

We actually have a washer and dryer in the basement of our apartment building. However...we have been to the laundromats often too. The washer has broken down more times that we can count..and it takes forever for the cheap landlord to replace it.....

That sounds exactly like my grandmother's apartment. The washer and dryer was just installed, but continues to break down and won't get fixed for weeks!

I do my washing at home all the time - on some days, I do put the washing on the line, when I have the time, although we do have a dryer and for work clothes I use that for mainly, so that I know they will definately get dried. A washing machine and dryer are the best items to have in a house!

I agree!
They are necessities. Especially when there is alot of work to be done around the house.

That's good. Sounds like you just don't want a huge pile of laundry each week, so it's best to just get it done daily.
