So many reckless drivers lately... BE SAFE!!!

On the road lately especially today, we encountered so many reckless drivers... 1. A car beside us kept inching forward, ran the red light & zoomed passed the four way stop sign without stopping. 2. On the way to the post office - a car cut us off, we honked to alert them to hurry up because they were taking their sweet time & we want to make the light too. The driver, a woman "brake checked us" which resulted us to get pissed off so I reached over and honked until she moved out of our way. 3. On the freeway we saw a beautiful white Ferrari speeding right pass us in a blink of a eye! My boyfriend estimated the driving going at least 130mph. Luckily the driver only did that for about a 1/4 mile where no one was in that lane, but still it's very dangerous! Though tempting if you had a car like that.. There were some drivers in the parking lot.. that couldn't drive too ... End of rant Just be safe and alert when driving! Don't text, drive, hold your phone, look at your phone.... any of that! And just the other night a SUV hit a PARKED car. Note: This was not even a 'main' road, it was a residential well lit road..... The owner of the car ran out of course..

I am the worst when it comes to dealing with bad drivers out on the road! I'm pretty sure that if I didn't have to worry about going to jail, I would just run over a few of these idiots out there who don't know how to drive! haha Okay, my rant is over! lol

@infatuatedbby The ones that infuriate me the most are the ones that seem to have absolutely no clue how their bad driving is affecting all the other drivers. For example, when you're on a two-lane road with a double yellow center line (no passing allowed), and the speed limit is 45 mph, but a stupid driver pulls out in from of you and then goes 30 mph. Meanwhile, 142 cars are stuck behind that idiot driver going 30, and nobody can pass because of the double yellow line. Why are people so effing clueless about things like that?

@moffittjc Ah yes! Luckily that doesn't happen to much here since most of the lanes are more than 2! But theres a road where I did have that same problem. It's like can't you press your gas pedal and AT LEAST go speed limit!

My goodness. On the way home from the MRI on Thursday the taxi driver saw one Jeep swirve madly into another lane. Scared him and the Jeep was several cars ahead of us. Jeeps are real bad for tipping and the taxi driver said that he saw it start to tip a bit. How scary! Why do people take such risks?

People think its rather cool. I've seen it often with bigger cars - they act like they 'own the road' - Glad you're safe =)

That's the problem of some drivers. They don't take responsibility seriously.

Too many are in too big of a hurry or are playiing with the phone, or eating, or putting on makeup....There is no way to make any of them stop - not until they kill someone else and wind up in jail.

@AbbyGreenhill Heh =) I drive the speed limit at least. I go a tad faster but not always. I don't pass the double yellow lines ~ I don't want a ticket and I don't cross over the bike lane either. THOUGH For my driving test 10 years ago, I went during rush hour morning traffic ... and people were all cutting the bike lanes to make a right before the dashed lines.. Well on my drivers test the guy told me to make a right.. OK, so I waited until the dashed lines to make the right. He marked me down 2 points saying SOMETIMES I HAVE TO BREAK THE RULES. It's rush hour traffic no one is going to wait. WELL GUESS WHAT? I still wait. He's a dummy but I did pass =)

@infatuatedbby I think my husband is the only person in the US who actually drives the speed limit. Nor does he pass on double yellow lines or ride the bumper of the person in front. If he had been a bad driver I would not have dated him, let alone married him.

Yep totally. Thats why we have to be alert when driving even though we know we're a good/decent driver.
