Company Problems when your an INTROVERT.

I consider myself as Introvert and what i notice when you work in Companies is that most companies require you to socialize with people as stress reliever because they're concept of enjoyment is the definition of enjoyment for Extroverts. For me as Introvert I prefer to go home everytime I'm done with work and rest at home during my rest days to gain back my energy. I like just watching videos and reading but for most people at home they think what I'm doing during my rest days are so boring and dull. It is for Extroverts but for someone like me who's an Introvert it is what energizes me and going out partying and be surrounded with lots of people is energy draining that it feels like i didn't have a good rest day. Sometimes I think most Extroverts don't read informative stuff that's why they don't understand the difference between Introverts and Extroverts. I've got good work scores and attendance. Why not just look at them instead of looking at my personal life. What's boring for Extroverts is fun for me because I like being alone with myself.
