how reduce fat soon in our body?

reduce your in body...by diet...during diet you have to take fresh vegetable and fruits..earning morning in empty stomach,take one glass of hot water ,mix honey 2 tbsp,with half lemon juice..sure you will get the result soon.

Yea it works...but I dont add honey...because honey is adulterated here...so I just add a pinch of salt

I use2 tea spoons of raw honey
2 tea spoon of raw apple cider vinegar with the mother
In it mix with a little cup of water.

something i want to contribute: warm water drinking, plus taking half spoon of lemon juice after meals is also good.
another good thing is taking garlic loafs with warm water before going to bed is also good
