Early Christmas

Christmas commercials started very early this year in my country.

Only a month till Christmas now. The rest of the year is going to pass by super fast I think.

Here in the Philippines where Christmas is considered the most important holiday, Christmas begins when the BER months come. Actually on the first of September, I saw on TV a grand Christmas opening production number of a popular noontime show. When you enter shopping malls, you'll hear Christmas music and see Christmas decorations being sold. This will tone down a bit as shopping malls will try to sell Halloween stuff, then after Halloween the Christmas fever comes again. Many families put up Christmas decorations at home just right after Halloween. Then there are Christmas countdowns everywhere, starting from 100 days before Christmas.

I really don't think it is too early at all. Middle of November is a good time with just a little over a month until Christmas!! I love it!
