The 2 hour cheat trick worked!

As many of you know, I've been on a strict diet and workout plan for the past several weeks. I was planning to forego most of the delicious Thanksgiving food yesterday because it wasn't allowed according to the nutrition plan that I am following. But, earlier in the week, the head of the program posted a video stating that we COULD eat whatever we wanted on Thanksgiving for two hours as long as we stopped eating carbs in the days leading up to the holiday. I was a little leery about the whole thing but his advice has also helped me to lose a lot of weight in a short period of time so I had to trust him. I enjoyed the mashed potatoes, the stuffing, and the pumpkin pie with whipped cream. It was delicious. And then I weighed myself this morning. . . and I weighed exactly the same as I did yesterday morning. I didn't gain a thing! The 2 hour cheat trick worked! It's amazing!

2 hours will not undo all that you have done. It is a good then too because it made your satisfied and not deprived. Glad to hear you enjoy your Thanksgiving feast.

Yes it was great. And even better to know that the scale still says the same thing!

It was easy. I don't eat carbs on the days that I don't work out anyway so it wasn't like it was a huge change.

How good is that? And you'd feel much more contented having been able to indulge for an hour or two.
