Thinking versus Worrying

Have you heard some people say to someone, stop thinking too much? Yea. And by that, they try to ask the people not to worry too much. But I realised that you can be thinking very much but not worrying at all. Man is an intelligent being, and by implication, he is a thinking being. Thinking is part of Man. Nevertheless, one can be worried in his thinking but doesn't mean one can't think without worrying.

I am sometimes told that I 'over-think' things. I am certainly a worrier!

@asfarasiknow But thinking is part of Man. You can be thinking about something but not worrying about it. Have you ever experienced that?

@Jenning Oh yes - but then I get accused of looking miserable when, in fact, I am just deep in thought!

@asfarasiknow So my question is, are you actually worried?
