I haven't shoplift before in my life but I wouldn't risk it for something that is not worth getting behind bars for. Know what I mean? It might be fun but think about the consequences. Plus it wouldn't look good.

You are crazy if you think anyone will say anything nice. Shoplifting is a crime whether you get caught or not. Make no mistake, you will get caught sometime. Then you will spend time in jail.

its just that people like u dont understand what discussions are all about...
look, its like this, this is a discussion...we all have different thoughts and different natures, races, environments, attitudes and personalities...we also have different opinions about a topic...thats why we are here to shout out our thoughts and not to insult...ok?
i respect ur opinion though bcos im open minded...but i dont know if u respect mine...

Have I ever tried shoplifting?Sure I have. I was very young maybe about 5-7 and I saw Batman cards that I really desired. But instead of distracting myself out of trance. I stared and longed for those cards.
As I recall the event a part of me really wishes to say that I put the deck of cards in my pocket intending to go over to my mom and put it in the shopping basket. In reality, that wasn't the case and I intentionally stole it; even checking the ceilings to see if there were any security cameras and other devices.
There is a definite adrenaline rush. A heart pumping, blood throbbing, sensation. As I got home, I completely forgot about the deck until later during the day. I reached into my pocket looking for something when I found the deck. I ran to the base of the stairs in the house opening up the package when my brother found me.
Of course he had to ask where I got it from in which I replied mom bought it but he couldn't tell anyone about it not even mom!Eventually my mom got wind of my horrible act but being the great mother she is, just sat me down and enforced in me the importance of having a high standard of morals.
From that day I learned not to steal and not to lie. I haven't consciously stolen anything since.
In intermediate school my friend used to always steal things. One day I was with him when he just walked up to an empty eyes in Toys R Us and opened up his bag and took an item.
I was shocked at how carelessly he did such an act. I had a bit of a rush there as well. But I think it was more of an astonishment at his laid back approach to stealing than the act itself.
I think there's a great quote that summarizes the way I feel about the matter.
"The real person you are is revealed in the moments when you're certain no other person is watching. When no one is watching, you are driven by what you expect of yourself." -Ralph S. Marston Jr.
When I read this quote I realized that I had major imperfections to change. My beliefs and attitudes in my life were off center with who I wanted to be.
Hopefully I'll change for the better as I'm trying to.
You said you enjoy this rush. That's great. It is a good feeling.
Why don't you try other forms of getting this great sensation. You also mentioned you like it when your heart beats really fast.
Try cardiovascular exercise. I'm joking! Actually, during exercise your brain releases positive chemicals called endorphins that give you a natural high. It's sort of like a rush. Plus, it'll be really good for your body as well.
It has been my opinion that the rush your looking for is attributed to negative events. Being confronted or provoked into a fight or any danger such as a robber or thief, getting mugged etc.
Or doing something you shouldn't be doing at a certain place. Like having $*x in a public place (if I'm not being too forward). Stealing being the same thing.
How about extreme sports instead? Something like: Para-sailing, bodyboarding, surfing, cliff diving, bungee jumping, jump out of a plane etc.
I speak from experience as a bodyboarder. No matter how many times you've dropped in on a wave, you still get an unreal sensation when you are pummeling down the face of a wall of water.
Things like that will really get your blood pumping.
Hope that helped.
And Thanks for reading that ridiculously long response.

Please don't ever think of it. You will not get anything in the end.
