Normally I pay my phone bills online. Today I also paid my son's electronics class charge via the net. Of course I can go to the Children's Palace to pay for this fee. However, it will be so crowded there and this is why I always prefer to pay it online.
Although everytime when I paid for it, there would be still some bugs. Sometimes I was afraid that I paid for it but the system didn't acknowledge it. It is a little risky. But compare to wait for a long time to pay for it in person, I still choose to pay online. I am glad that this time it seemed no more big problems.
Do you like to pay it in person or do it online?

Paying online is suuuuper convenient. No traffic,no lines, no gas or transportation cost. But like you said, it is risky. I used to pay my wifi bills on the via online when I was pregnant because I was on bed rest. But as much as possible I prefer to pay in person.

I do everything I can online. If I wonder about a bill being acknowledged I call them to verify it has been adjusted accordingly.

I'm not sure bills NEED to be paid online. But it is very convenient as opposed to standing in line to give away your money! My son likes to pay his bills online.
