So I came across this at mcDonalds. And found that it is one of the tasty seasonning out there. I didn't knew of this before. And I enjoyed every piece of it. I wonder how many people prefer to eat this seasoning. Its just so worth it for pizza, burger, fries, and KFC chicken.

How exactly does it work? Is it a seasoning like salt/pepper kind of?

yes it works just like pepper. At mcdonalds you get a bag and piri piri masala, which you can mix with fries.

@infatuatedbby Not sure if the Keya seasoning is available in US. If yes, then do try that seasoning.

McDonalds are doing efforts to adapt their food to local tastes, and you can find different dishes and seasonings depending of the country. We have not this one here. They reached their goal if you enjoyed it.

I know many people would love it but it is too hot and spicy for my liking.

Masala is a seasoning from India, right?

masala is very broad term.. I'd say seasoning masala in this context means powder formed seasoning.
