I'm thinking of reason why people don't continue the work they are doing.

There are times when people just do not complete/ continue their project, work, business or whatever they are working upon and they just give up all of a sudden. I am really interested in knowing the reasons behind it. So that in life i don’t have to face a situation like this. Some say's "I don't like my job anymore. Should I quit or continue doing it?" While others because of redundancy of work or job they stop. Some are burnt out. Some are destructed. But why do they stop? What do you think?

I guess, before going into job, research it's background. Make sure, it is fit for you, to your skills, and you're satisfied with the offer salary. One thing, we have this experienced in our first day to work, that we are clueless, but if we are eager to learn, it will be good. We just have to love what we are doing.

People stop when they are not liking and loving their job anymore . A job should be something that you love .

@deadreak I think that's because they have found other more prospective jobs.

@Ayuriny In't bad for your credibility if you had a background that you always quit on the job?

Some are not contented with the pay they are getting. Some have difficulties in performing their work. They lack knowledge on it. Or maybe they just want not to work at all...

@deadreak True... That is because they really need to land a job. They really need an income. So even if they know that it will be difficult for them to do the job, still they say that they can do it.

@magallon I personally experience my employer hire an maintenance and he was assign to paint the boutique and I ask him many times if he knows how to mix paint he always answer yes, I ask him because i'm going with him and i don't want to be compromise with my boss. and then here we go when he started to mix a paint i trust him. and when he try to apply the paint its not the same, in short he did something wrong at the end the boutique looks like a car that has many patches of paint. and then he voluntarily resigned.

Because they do not care about what they do, they do it for money, and they do not like it. That's what I think #alexjessi

Maybe for some, its that they need to be challenged or need advancement. After 2 years and some months I am almost reaching that place at my job now.
