I'm thinking of reason why people don't continue the work they are doing.

There are times when people just do not complete/ continue their project, work, business or whatever they are working upon and they just give up all of a sudden. I am really interested in knowing the reasons behind it. So that in life i don’t have to face a situation like this.
Some say's "I don't like my job anymore. Should I quit or continue doing it?"
While others because of redundancy of work or job they stop.
Some are burnt out. Some are destructed. But why do they stop?
What do you think?

I guess, before going into job, research it's background. Make sure, it is fit for you, to your skills, and you're satisfied with the offer salary. One thing, we have this experienced in our first day to work, that we are clueless, but if we are eager to learn, it will be good. We just have to love what we are doing.

@magallon I personally experience my employer hire an maintenance and he was assign to paint the boutique and I ask him many times if he knows how to mix paint he always answer yes, I ask him because i'm going with him and i don't want to be compromise with my boss. and then here we go when he started to mix a paint i trust him. and when he try to apply the paint its not the same, in short he did something wrong at the end the boutique looks like a car that has many patches of paint. and then he voluntarily resigned.

Because they do not care about what they do, they do it for money, and they do not like it. That's what I think

They lack perseverance and motivation. They are not inspired to go on.
