Someone got access on my Pay Pal

I messaged Pay Pal through their affiliates and so thankful they messaged me back. The reason why I was denied was, someone got access to my Pay Pal. I suspected my niece for she is an IT expert and she saw my money in Pay Pal.Though the money was still there, but I am so afraid that once she succeeds to create an email to match it and change the YM, I am so sure that she will withdraw my money using her own Union Bank ATM.
Pay Pal requested me to change my password using the hardest password that cannot be accessed by anyone. SUCCESS!
Sometimes I wonder why I have series of problems ...yes, I am so thankful to God for He will never give us problem that we cannot carry and solve. To God be The Gory,Thank you, Lord.AMEN.

Good to hear you were able to get to your PayPal and change the password without having any money withdrawn

Glad you can open it now, did you not open your Pp when you were abroad? Pp might have interpreted that as being opened from a different country and IP
address
Anyway if I may suggest, use a password generstor and choose the number of alpha numeric characters, another option would be a passphrase generator, pass phrases are stronger than passwords when protecting something important.

@cacay1 your password is very strong friend, your suspect who is an IT expert or if it's not her could have planted a keylogger into you device

@cacay1 keyloggers can enter your computer through malware but somebody can also install a hardware in your device if he or she is knowledgeable so be careful if the suspect is an IT expert cause it might still be there.
Oh i remember, the lost cellphone, is it also possible friend they entered there?

@crazyhorseladycx , My niece is on a hide and seek this time. he is now in Dubai. If it was not she, why is it that she temporarily shut her Facebook and YM. It seems there is something she is guilty of.

So is your niece really involved on this one? Sometimes we cannot trust our own family.

That is good that the money was still there. Would your niece do that to you? With your bag lost on the jeepney and your phone with it, the person who found it could have gotten into your PayPal account if you had it saved on your phone.

You should do two step verification just in case. I'm glad you got it figured out.
That is so mean of your niece. Hopefully she doesn't try it again.

I am glad that you were able to change your password before it gets hacked. Do you always make a transaction via paypal? I think passwords are very personal and should not be given to anyone even to your closest friend or kin.
