I do not know how to interpret the word devoted. Does it mean the times they pray, the times they read the scriptures or the times they practice the religion. Everyone is devoted to their religion and they fear to go against it.
But what is devoted. In Islam you have to pray 5 times a day. This is possible in a country like Saudi Arabia as the others have to close up shop and do nothing during that time. But if they do that in another country you will lose the rat race. For instance what will happen to a muslim shop owner if he closes it down five times a day to pray like in Saudi Arabia. People will get used to buying from the other shops and he will have to close up shop. So just because the muslim does not pary five times a day does it make him "not devoted".
In Islam it is prohibited to charge interest. But muslim people also work in banks and muslim banks also compete with other banks. So can you call all these muslims "not devoted". I think the intolerence shown towards other religions, and the restrictions placed on them in muslim countries give an impression of devotion. I think the followers of Mohammed just go by the herd instinct. So it is very difficult to say who is more devoted.
I am a Catholic and sometimes even our priests tell us to be devoted like muslims. But I don't think a muslim priest will tell anyone to be devoted like a catholic. So it is very difficult to give an opinion.

Both Followers of Both religions. Have people who are very devout and wonderful followers, and then people who are not very wonderful followers, out of misunderstanding, or being misguided.. Both Mohammed, Peace Be Upon Him, and Jesus, Peace Be Upon Him. Were wonderful Spirits leaders, and both have wonderful followers. But like every group of religions or anything else. There will always be still good and bad people, and some will follow their Spiritual Leaders Better then others. - DNatureofDTrain

Sadly, speaking as a Muslim, I foind most Muslims follow more sects and religious leadres, and know not how to translate the Koran.
And seeing as the Bible has been changed over time, I'd say its a 1:1 tie. Both follow it around 50%
