Have you ever been on a cruise?

I've never been in one. But this may change very soon because I'm thinking of buying a 1 week cruise (I still do not know exactly where ). I love the sea, and I'm very excited about that possibility. For now I'm just researching, but the proposals / prices are tempting. There are so many good places to visit... I'm going crazy with that! Did you have good experiences on cruises?

I have not been so lucky so far, but my brother went on his first one with much trepidation, fearing seasickness. He has booked another for this year.

i love cruising, I've only been 4 times but enjoyed each one. I like seeing new places and I like to be pampered.

I have been on a few cruises, and it's now my favorite way to travel! I love the fact that once you get on the ship, you don't have to worry about anything else! Just unpack once, and your hotel takes you to every port. Sea days are nice for sitting on deck overlooking the ocean, or participating in the onboard activities. So far I have been on Royal Caribbean, Disney, and Celebrity. I really can't pick a favorite. If you are younger and want to do more I recommend Royal Caribbean. Celebrity was nice, but it was an older crowd and the activities were not as interesting. (But my friends and I had a great time at the Martini Bar every night. :) ) Just my opinion, and could have to do with the itinerary and time of year, as well. But there is really a lot of fun to be had on any cruise, so I would not stress out a lot about which one to go on and just book it!

Oops...just realized the pic I uploaded was not of a ship I've been on, that's a Princess ship. I took it while on Oasis of the Seas.

I have never been on one and I don't care to go on them either. I have a major fear of the ocean and ghe things that swim below. My roommate has gone on several with her grandparents and she loves them be careful though she picked up some type of fungus last year on a cruise to Mexico.

I'm with you on the creatures down below. I've seen them first hand and you wont catch me swimming in the ocean, but for some reason I trust being on a boat out there.

I haven't tried to travel by a cruise yet. But I hope one day I can experience it. It seems that it is quite comfortable, relaxing and peaceful to stay in the cruise. Especially you can try many great food and watch the shows. There are not many cruises in my city. I think I shall go to Hong Kong so that I can try more cruises. And other cities are Shanghai or probably Tianjin. But it is a big further from my city.

I've been on many and enjoyed most of them. Choose a ship with great entertainment and not a huge one.

Yes. I have been to the Bahamas and Hawaii and had a great time on both! I can't wait to plan another. The deals that the have out these days really are hard to pass up, If you do your research you can find lots of good deals. It also depends where you are departing from, if there is a port near you or if you are having to travel. Fortunately I live in Florida and departures from here are very reasonable.
