What a tragic series of events. Debbie Reynolds, the mother of Carrie Fisher passed away just a day after her daughter Carrie Fisher. We have barely had a chance to mourn Carrie Fisher, now her mother has passed. Perhaps the passing of her daughter was too much to take. So sad to lose two great artists in such a short space of time. Do you believe people can die of a broken heart?

The news reported that Reynolds' son said she said she wanted to be with Carrie shortly before she had her stroke. That pretty much tells what she felt.

We should take comfort that they are together now and that is what Debbie said she wanted

I guess if you already have a bad heart, it won't take much to "break" it

I think this proves a heart can literally be broken.
